    You need to remember that we use different licensed programs like BitDefender antivirus by MyInternetSecurity for the protection of your computer and also MozyPro online backup. When you cancel your membership, the licenses of these software will expire as well. Therefore, you need to ensure that you have an alternative for the antivirus as well as the online backup.
  1. Can my son/grandson/relative/friend cancel on behalf of me?
    If you require us to cancel based on a call from one of your family member or friends, we would require a consent from the actual EasySupport member to proceed.
